【あらすじ】
30年前の武力革命を機に《当局》が支配する完全管理国家――そこでは徹底した序列制が敷かれ、全国民が厳密に統制されていた。
《当局》の階級制度・男尊女卑的思想に反感をもつ綿貫アリサは、あるとき癇癪を起こして当局幹部・堂前カツマサに暴力行為を働き、さらには当局批判をしてしまう。
